Somua S35 cupola modified by the Germans : cut in height to be fitted with hatches for the tank commander (see photo archive during a parade on the Champs-Elysées).
French tanks, recovered by the Germans after the armistice of 1940, (they called them « Beute Panzer ») have been processed, in the great majority of cases, with this transformation.
The cupola will fit on your model of Heller and Tamiya Somua kit, to represent a German version of this AFV.
